New and Improved Beer Recipe Cook-off

We are changing the date and stepping up the game.
Our 6th Annual Beer Recipe Cook-off will move from June (when we are all busy) to March (when we are all bored). We are also adding a judging component for all participants and spectators.
The Rules and Details:
Prepared food entries must include beer.
Recipes judged for: taste, difficulty and significant use of beer.
The two categories of entry are entree and dessert.
Food and recipe to the brewery for judging March 5, no later than 5:45 pm.
Outlets will be provided for hot dishes, refrigeration for cold.
If you choose to share your food at the brewery, please prepare the dish so that it is easily sampled and served. A label is nice too.
Prizes will be awarded in the entrée and dessert division as well as People’s Choice and Overall.
Each contestant will be entered into a drawing for a catered dinner for two with beer pairings.
The winning recipe in each category will be featured in our annual Brewer’s Dinner held in May.
Winners will get their name and recipe on the trophy held at the brewery.
