CITY OF REPUBLIC May 20, 2009 SPECIAL MEETING

Those present: Mayor Shirley A. Couse. Council Members: Linda Hall, Jim Burnside, Dave Michel and Alex Wirt.

Mayor Shirley A. Couse called the special meeting to order at 4:00 pm.

Council reviewed Ordinance #2009-08 amending Ordinance #2008-10 adopting the 2009 budget. Dave Michel motioned to approve Ordinance #2009-08. Linda Hall seconded, discussion followed; motion carried.

Dave Michel motioned to approve payroll checks #20325-20331, in the amount of $3,460.00. Alex Wirt seconded; motion carried. Linda Hall abstained.

Jim Burnside motioned to pay claims checks #20332-20351 in the amount of $20,331.33. Alex Wirt seconded; motion carried.

Linda Hall motioned to adjourn the meeting. Dave Michel seconded; motion carried.

Meeting adjourned at 4:10 pm.
